In Praise of Light

Gathering Strength

This show rings together a body of works created mostly over the past two years – a period marked by continuous upheaval, uncertainty, and profound division. In the United States, Israel, and across the world, recent events have confronted us with realities that once felt unimaginable.

Amid this turbulence, I turned to my studio as a place of steadiness, focusing on the act of making. Working in stone, clay, bronze, and resin, and moving between figurative and abstract forms, the works in this exhibition reflect a search for resilience. They are rooted not in despair, but in enduring sources of strength: family, friendship, compassion, and the capacity for hope.
